Why I developed ROX Bot

The CX profession has evolved. The drumbeat of “do more with less” is unrelenting. CX teams have expanded, putting business leaders under increasing pressure to demonstrate the business impact of their efforts. If CX leaders ignore this call, they risk having their strategic priorities sidelined in favor of initiatives with a clearer and more immediate impact on the business bottom line.

The challenge is that proving the business value of CX is complicated. There are best practices, but there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. The best approach also varies based on where an organization is in its CX maturity, and the data that is available. Even when leaders successfully measure CX value, translating this into the language of the CFO can feel daunting. No. The content of your conversations remains private.

Why do you need my email address?

No. ROX Bot uses the OpenAI API. As of March 1, 2023, no inputs or outputs to OpenAI’s API are used for the model’s training data.
